IP Protection
12/10/2009 – 9:17 pm by John GilesWe provide advice on policies and procedures to protect a company’s trade secrets. In doing so, we help draft employee and independent contractor confidentiality agreements and structure trade secret protection procedures. We work with companies to develop enforceable provisions, assigning rights in software and other inventions developed by 3rd parties / employees that prohibit them claiming ownership.
We have conducted IP audits for a large publishing company in South Africa. Read our post on Online Legal titled “The critical success factors for conducting an IP Audit“.
