Michalsons are certified as a level 4 BEE supplier, i.e. 100% of procurement spend may be included in our clients’ BEE scorecards.
We are also certified as a ‘Value-Adding Supplier’ and this means that clients’ BEE procurement points may be enhanced by a further 25%, for a total of 125%.

Since its inception, Michalsons have been committed to successfully transferring skills within the highly specialised area of technology law in accordance with BEE philosophy. We have partnered with interested BEE attorneys on a number of strategic projects in the field of ICT law and remain focused on growing our relationships with our BEE consultants in the hope that a successful merger of our skills will not be too far in the future.
